The RECCE rifle concept was developed by Navy SEALs as a multi-role carbine not only effective at close quarters, but also capable of long range precision. In that same spirit, we’ve created the Deadeye – a mobile, compact rifle that can seamlessly transition between both short and long range engagements.

Featuring specialized, high quality component upgrades, the Deadeye maximizes the effective range of the 5.56 NATO cartridge, yet doesn’t sacrifice length or mobility. From varmint hunting to personal defense, the Deadeye is able to seamlessly transition between situational engagements, making it an ideal multi-purpose platform.

Specialized Upgrades:

1. LaRue Tactical MBT-2S Straight Bow Trigger: Get ready for a glass-smooth, hyper-consistent trigger that will satisfy even the most scrupulous competition shooter, but is also battlefield tough. The MBT-2S-SB breaks crisply at 4.5 lbs (2.5 lb first stage, 2 lb second stage) and has a smooth and positive reset. The straight bow offers greater surface area against the finger-pad, resulting in faster and more intuitive shots.
2. Criterion Barrels 16″ Match Grade barrel: This stainless precision barrel provides superior accuracy with the added durability of chrome-lining. Criterion barrels are used by the US Army Marksmanship Unit Action Shooting Team and the US Marine Corps Combat Shooting Team. This should tell you two things; they’re accurate as hell, and can withstand heavy use.
3. Bravo Company A5 Intermediate Buffer System: The intermediate length receiver extension increases length of pull while utilizing a rifle action spring and 3.8oz VLTOR A5 buffer. This hybrid system aids in lowering bolt carrier velocity, reduces cyclic rate, and softens felt recoil, increasing overall reliability and performance. (NOTE: This system is not interchangeable with carbine or rifle length buffer components.)
4.  Midwest Industries Combat Rifle Offset Sights: Machined from sturdy aluminum, these 45° offset angle flip-up sights are designed for tandem use with a magnified a scope or optic, allowing the shooter to instantly transition from long to short range engagements by simply canting the rifle.
